Use mulch to create low lying fog:

The Ice Chest Chiller has been used for many years. They work very well...but as you can imagine...Using ice every night can become very expensive unless you have a source. The price is still worth the effect. I have seen other types of fog chillers that are home made and this effect seems to work the best.

But I have a better way to chill fog that blows this method out the door. (it can be used with an ice chest chiller but is not needed)

All that you need to do is buy a few bags of shredded hardwood mulch and form it into a pile at the end of some dryer hose and attach the other end of the dryer hose to your chiller or directly to your fog machine. Turn your fog machine on and you will have a wonderful effect of creeping low lying fog that will work in all weather conditions. Once your fog begins to come out of the mulch you can control the flow of the fog by either packing the mulch tightly or poking holes in it to allow more of a flow...you can even make it shot up into the air by opening up a little hole for it to shoot out of it like a volcano. As i said before...you can add a chiller in between the fogger and the mulch pile to prolong the effect and make it even more of an effect...but i suggest trying it with just the mulch by it's self first just to see how well it works.
